Our niche is active duty military homeownership. That means most of our clients are moving long-distance and know very little about their duty station and location. We can't be the boots on the ground for them, but we can match them with the next best thing. You!

Every agent that gets matched is selected by hand. To work with our clients, we have a minimum standard that every recommended agent must meet. More importantly though, our goal is to seek the best all around fit for both client AND agent so that it's a win-win for both parties.

Serious Buyers & Sellers

Every client we match with an agent has provided detailed information about their real estate goals. Our team conducts an onboarding call with the client to confirm intention and align expectations. Only after we connect with them, do we connect them with you.

Support Team

Our team is working behind the scenes from connection to close. We maintain a close relationship with the client throughout the process to help with questions or concerns. We also regularly touch base with you as their agent to help all parties stay on the same page.

Low Commission Splits

We were real estate agents ourselves and know how frustrating it can be to be gouged by steep referral fees. We intentionally keep our fees low and regard our referral agents as an extension of our own team. As top real estate agents, you deserve to be compensated fairly.

Becoming a WeVett Agent

We do not have a preferred real estate agent network but choose agents for each specific client. That means whenever we have a client moving to an area, we will interview agents based off the client's specific needs.


However, we do offer agents the option of filling out our "base interview form."


The form gathers general background information and real estate history. Then if we do have a client moving to your specific city, we would follow up to do a more detailed interview to determine if you would be a good fit.

How does WeVett provide support to agents?

All of our clients are vetted as serious buyers or sellers before we recommend a real estate agent to them. That means that you will be working with clients who are largely more motivated than if you had received their information from other online or marketing sources. We will personally call you to discuss the client's situation and then do a digital introduction between you and the client to get you both connected together. Throughout the remainder of the real estate transaction, your WeVett contact will continue to check in with both you and the client to make sure communication, expectations, etc. are all going smoothly.

What are WeVett's basic requirements for agents?

We require WeVett recommended agents to be in good standing within the real estate industry. At a minimum, we also require the following: • Excellent communication skills • Trustworthy, reliable and good natured • Full-time status • Minimum 2 years' experience • Active sales volume (relative to local standard) • Virtual showing capabilities • Digital documentation capabilities (emailing, e-signature software, etc.) Additional requirements will be addressed on a per client basis.

What does WeVett expect from agents on an ongoing basis?

We expect all WeVett recommended agents who are actively working with a WeVett client to do the following: • Maintain regular and proactive communication with the client • Maintain regular and proactive communication with WeVett, including but not limited to responding to check in calls/emails, updating WeVett on client or contract status, notifying WeVett of any issues that arise • Notify WeVett when client is under contract and provide closing date, address and other relevant information • Send referral checks in a timely manner

As a WeVett recommended agent, how many clients can you expect to be matched with per year?

WeVett works with clients in every area of the country, however, our client base is primarily Active-Duty Military. This means that if you don't work near a military installation, then our volume will be lower for your area. If you do work in an area with a large military community, we will discuss potential volume and your availability directly.
